[국제지반공학회(ISSMGE) Time Capsule Project] 한국지반공학회(KGS) Report

제20차 국제토질및지반공학회(International Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering; ICSMGE Sydney 2022)을 맞이하여 국제지반공학회(International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering; ISSMGE)에서는 ISSMGE와 각 회원국(Member Society)의 과거-현재-미래를 조명하기 위한 Time Capsule Project (TCP)를 진행하고 있습니다(https://www.issmge.org/the-society/time-capsule). 이에 한국지반공학회에서는 대한민국 발전의 견인차 역할을 한 지반공학의 지난 70년 간 발자취에 대한 TCP Report를 아래와 같이 준비하였습니다.

Geotechnical Engineering: The Driving Force for Korea’s Economic Development and Prosperity

The Korean Geotechnical Society (KGS) has prepared a report to flash back to the geotechnical engineering milestones in the past 70 years that are regarded as the driving forces for Korea's economic growth and current prosperity as a Member Society contribution to the International Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE) Time Capsule Project (TCP). The KGS hopes that this report will serve as a resource for societies and nations that are on a similar path as the KGS and the Republic of Korea.
